The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati’s Graduate program empowers at-risk youth to succeed in school and beyond. We provide tutoring, mentorship, literacy and math support, and computer-based instruction to help members graduate high school, pursue college, and prepare for 21st-century careers. With a multi-faceted approach to learning, we equip students with the tools they need for success inside and outside the classroom.

FIT FOR LIFE
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati are committed to keeping kids active, healthy, and thriving through our Fit for Life program. This innovative approach combines daily physical activity, nutrition education, and healthy lifestyle habits to empower young people to make smart choices for their overall well-being. In addition to 45 minutes of daily exercise and lessons on healthy eating, Fit for Life emphasizes mental health by promoting positive social skills, confidence-building, and mindfulness techniques. By focusing on both physical and mental well-being, we’re shaping a healthier, stronger generation ready to take on life with energy and resilience.

Character & Leadership
READY TO SERVE
Ready to Serve instills a lifelong commitment to community service in our members from the moment they enter our Clubs. Through hands-on projects like community cleanups, service challenges, and everyday acts of kindness, young people learn the value of giving back. This program builds character, leadership, and a sense of purpose, empowering them to become compassionate, responsible citizens who create positive change in their communities and beyond.

Teen Programming
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Our Youth Workforce Development Program equips teens with the skills, experiences, and support they need to succeed beyond high school. Through partnerships with local businesses, universities, trades, and the military, the program ensures every teen graduates with job experience, a mentor, and a clear career path. In addition to career exploration, participants gain essential life skills, including financial literacy, job readiness, and driver’s education. By providing hands-on opportunities and personalized guidance, we empower teens to build bright futures and achieve long-term success.
